What you are booking

A furnished apartment for a short stay, let by DST Conseils SASU. The apartment page states what each one sleeps; that number is a limit, not a guideline.

Price and payment

The price shown on an apartment page is a starting nightly rate. The exact total for your dates appears in the booking system before you pay, and includes the cleaning fee where one applies and the Paris tourist tax.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.

Cancellation

House rules

The apartments are non-smoking and do not accept pets. Please keep noise down after 10pm out of consideration for the neighbours, who live there year-round.

Tell us straight away, by phone or email. We would far rather fix a problem during your stay than read about it afterwards.
