You reach the people with the keys
The same small team answers your messages, prepares the apartment and hands over the keys. Nothing is passed to a call centre, and nothing is lost between a platform inbox and ours.
No platform service fee
Booking sites add a service fee to the guest on top of the nightly rate. Booking here, there is no such fee: you pay the rate, the cleaning fee and the tourist tax, and that is the whole total.
We tell you about the fourth floor
One of our apartments is up four flights with no lift. Another takes one guest, not two. We say so on the apartment page, before you book, rather than letting you discover it with a suitcase in your hand.
