The price is the price
Booking platforms charge the guest a service fee on top of the nightly rate. That fee does not exist here. What you pay is the nightly rate for your dates, the cleaning fee where the apartment has one, and the Paris tourist tax, which the city sets and we collect.
One team, from first message to keys
We manage these apartments ourselves. The person who answers your message is the person who arranges your arrival, and the cleaning and maintenance teams are ours too. Nothing has to be relayed through a platform inbox, which is where questions usually go missing.
We tell you the awkward things first
One apartment is four floors up with no lift. One studio takes a single guest. One building is opened for you by the housekeeper rather than a key safe. All of that is written on the apartment page, above the booking button, because a guest who knows is never disappointed on arrival.
Longer stays and groups
If you are staying several weeks, or need two apartments in the same building or the same street, write to us. Several of our addresses have more than one apartment, and that is easier to arrange directly than through a listing page.
Your booking is a real booking
Reservations are taken through our own booking system, run on Guesty, with payment processed by Stripe. You get an immediate confirmation by email, and the apartment is blocked in the same calendar our teams work from.
