The studio is on the ground floor and laid out as a single open space, with a sofa bed that sleeps two. It is a straightforward, practical base for seeing Paris rather than a place to spend the day indoors.

The neighbourhood

Avenue de Suffren runs along the western edge of the Champ de Mars, so the park and the Eiffel Tower are your immediate neighbours, with the École Militaire, the food shops of rue Cler and the Seine quays all within walking distance.

Getting around

Dupleix and La Motte-Picquet - Grenelle (lines 6, 8 and 10) are the closest stations, and line 6 runs above ground past the Eiffel Tower, which is worth the trip in itself.

Parking

Nearest car park: Parking Quai Branly / Tour Eiffel (SAEMES/Indigo — réservation haute saison), about 8-12 min on foot. Public garages nearby charge around 30–55 € per 24 hours. There is no private parking at the building, and street parking in central Paris is limited and charged.
